Hello , my name is Todd Johnson. I specialize in a focused therapeutic style of bodywork. During our first few sessions I will usually concentrate on loosening tight areas of the the body that are bothering you the most. Once we have loosened your main areas of concern, we will be able to move on to other muscles, working towards a full body therapeutic massage. Once a full body therapeutic massage is achieved, we will work on maintaining your desired level of comfort and balance. This may take a number of massages to achieve? Results will vary from person to person. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity and greater flexibility.
